Got fed up and sent Jaylin a series of Whatsapp messages last night. Like my emails it makes it easier to track read receipts - i.e. "i know you're reading these, don't ignore them".
The summary was this was obviously crazy. "an off market transaction, no annual report, no quarterlies, no company secretary and no chairman" I said unless action is taken I would attempt to kick off legal proceedings. of which she and the previous Chairman will be named in the proceedings as local Directors.
She has said she will "Pass it onto the Chinese MD" so will see if anything comes of that.
Will keep swinging, see how we go.
