    Hey...apologies if I haven't read the comments properly.

    But what is the upside in holding here? AFAIK the worst-case scenario is the holders receiving 4.2c a share...but what is the best-case scenario or even a better-case scenario?

    I'm currently a holder but now I'm really reconsidering!
