I don't understand how people don't understand this... Yes, there's always risk but with most scenarios with this, worst case is 4.2c whether that's on market or via cheque from Gina.
The worst case scenario would be the deal expiring and Gina can't reach 90%, in which case the "4.2c floor" (being Gina) would disappear. However, why would people then sell for lower than 4.2c when they just had 3 months to sell at 4.2c...? I would say the floor will remain in place even without Gina gobbling up everything, sellers will be exhausted.
Another scenario would be Gina selling her 75% on market which I think the likelihood of happening now is very slim given how far she has come. That would be a massive loss for her (and holders obviously) but unlikely to happen.
If she can't reach 90%, then her best interest is to transform the company she holds ~80% into a profit making machine and I'm sure Twiggy ensure this happens also.
What am I missing?
