I am not sure where you get the idea that they will replace JD. Or they have capacity to buy more to takeover limits.
Also be careful of what you wish for. They could also similarly unleash a snake and sold the company for a song for their own sake rather than us small holders.
Searching around, the closest I get, there is a Dulyne Pty Ltd . Investing quite substantial in code TOM. If this is the same company, then I would say, you are in for a disappointment.
They did not make an impact there despite their substantial holding. the forum over there is similarly expressing disappointments.
