What is more interesting is the 2:1 ratio of buyers to sellers and how that gap normally puts upward pressure on the sp. Also there are some sizable gaps on the sell side. With only 57m shares available, and 60% of those shares held by 4 holders, it does not leave too many available to the market.
A tightly held stock with not much liquidity.
