Buyers at this stage are just gambling on the 'maybe' she won't get it for a little bit longer, maybe at this stage some news will spill and other late buyers jump in on positive sentiment.

Worst case they stay around and are paid out there buy in price during the delist.

This tactic is too far a long shot for someone that has followed the stock for some time, but maybe some fresh eyes have a different appetite.
