I would never want to be surrounded by what I call noddy's - they are people who agree with everything and are afraid to open their mouths. I always want to hear from those who have a good argument and will point out where I'm wrong. They are also hopefully going to mention something that I may have forgotten.


It's also why many companies have suggestion boxes.
The one good thing that may have come out of this is that many who would never have contributed to HC now do so. GLTA
