You need to go back to school the conditions as set out in the bidders statement 5.14 state the following;

Redstone intends to procure that Atlas is removed from the official list of ASX (if it becomes entitled to do so).

ASX guidance indicates that ASX would not usaully require Redstone to obtain shareholder approval for Atlas removal from the official list of ASX in the context of a successful takeover where the conditions are satisfied, which include that,

(a) Redstone and its related bodies corporate own or control at least 75% of Atlas Shares; and

(b) there are FEWER than 150 holders of Atlas Shares having holdings with a value of at $500, excluding Redstone and its related bodies.

When reading the criteria that is set out in the bidders statement maybe you should make sure that you read the conditions and desist in planting negative posts which are totally misleading to all, we have over 1500 holders who hold in excess of 500 dollars which is 10 times greater than the set criteria as per conditions of the bidders staement and conditions of ASX doubt very much with that many holders the ASX would possibly determine that by delisting it is not in the best interests of those remaining shareholders.

Based on the true facts of the above happy to be proved wrong.
