Questions. if she gets to 90.1% does she have to pay 4.6 for the remaining or she can say no you didnt want to be part of the offer. new offer 2c and take the 9% club to court and we are force to sell at her price.?

Could she wait until the offer expires and offer the 9% club 5 or 10c to get the rest.?

would a 9% club holding have any say in the company?

Credit raising would be a pain . 

did the latest Top 20 still have a few major players still in the game? if yes why would they stay?

50 or 100 mil is hard to get if they keep holding and wont sell to her offer must be plenty that mailed their acceptances in, looks like its getting drip feed.
