Tax reasons, they have been buying since $1.07 and kept going all the way down to current and are now able to sell and then buy at same price whilst getting the benefit of carrying over a "tax loss" which can be used to offset gains elsewhere.
Very interesting seeing as they bought all the way down without selling and are still buyers on the whole, that's a lot of patience and a real belief in the company which from where they started is hard to see why this belief would still be strong.
I had a similar buy sell pattern after beginning buyins at 92c and have sold all shares bought above 50c to carryover capital loss.
Reminds me actually I should do the same with some more shares as I could still claim some decent losses and maintain my current holding, have to be cognizant though of exiting later, ie; is it better to claim loss now and pay gains when selling at say $1 from an average buy of 32c or have an average of 50c and sell at $1?
Each to their own but either way these guys are serious holders
