Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-2

A ~39m reduction in holdings by CS, comprising:

- 20m sale of shares. The date of change is listed as 28/09, but I reckon this is the sett date because there wasn't sufficient on-market volume that day (either market). Allowing for the T+2 sett lag it would mean the sale took place on 26/09, which was... wait for it... that after-market special crossing for 20m on Chi-X that we discussed last week.

- The ~19m element relates to a partial return of the (52m) shares that were originally borrowed from Atlantic Absolute Return Fund (per 603 of 01/10).

This is just CS taking 1 week to get the disclosure out...
