Just because FS is pouring clients money into IOR doesn't mean that its smart. Maybe you should look at Arrium ARI, prior to going into administration Fund Manager Simon Marwhinney of Allan Gray (EX Orbis Fund) bought many millions of ARI shares and then dumped them just days before administration.
They lost millions.
There are so many iron ore miners and producers in India, most depend on export to China to survive. Even if IOR gets an order getting payment is another problem.
"While India has a pelletisation capacity of 85 million tonne per annum, majority of the plants are lying idle in want of domestic market demand."
