I think they’ll argue they see intrinsic value close to 2c. So if they can pump the SP to >1c before hand, they’ll have 131m shares to get the SP over 2.3 for the Directors oppies. For example, if they buy the full 131m at an average of 1.8c, that’ll cost them $2.3m. I think that’s too much so they may elect to buy less stock at higher value. The name of the game is greed and I think these guys have demonstrated a clear agenda of self service. Fortunately, this is one of those cases where it benefits all SH (in the short term).

It’s a no brainer trade IMO but I’m reluctant to go harder as these blokes could turn on a dime. F it, I think I’ll bet on greed. I’m adding more
