I'm not sure what the relevance of me not holding is.
So while I am conducting research on the company, and I come across some significant information that I think is worth sharing with others (on a forum whose raison d'etre is after all for that very purpose), I should only feel at liberty to share that information once I am a holder? Is that how the rules work?
What if I bought shares in the past half hour?
Could I then feel free to share my analysis?

So now I only "implied" lease agreements were debt; I didn't actually say it?
