I doubt the business will be in a position to post a 10% divvy (at these prices) this year. TRS make all of their profits in the first half, particularly over Christmas - If this is half sales are underwhelming it poses a pretty big risk to the overall profitability of the year (not to mention if the business model is even viable anymore - which I hope it is!).
The other risk is Management, which has not exactly been stellar...
Buying at these prices, whilst historically cheap is still a complete gamble especially with DECLINING sales. Money to be made but it's stacked against you and the announcements have set themselves up in a way that Management can fall back on later when the year ends up terrible (i.e. we called it two months in).
It's a shame for such a known, iconic brand.
