They forecast $11m NPAT and advised intention to pay 60% dividend ratio, they will do this IMO because it would take good management to bolster the balance sheet instead, they should be cranking the advertising spend to turn over the excess stock asap and forecast no div until SSS growth returns for consecutive quarters.

That's the problem with directors not having decent holdings of their own, they don't think like owners of the company, they have zero incentive to look after us.

Surprised a bid hasn't been lobbed yet by a foreign player, what an entry when they could legitimately look at getting a deal done around the $100m mark!

Does raise concerns about something going on behind the scenes the public isn't aware of but with publicly available information I don't see how this isn't a screaming buy.
