why would anyone 'take over' a 'concept' that is just not working?
new owners will not be able to turn this around! closing a few bad stores is like putting a bandaid on a severed artery!
this reminds me of the Crazy Clarks demise into liquidation.
they too had the so called 'fantastic', but nonetheless, illusionary balance sheet!- 'don't you worry about that'.
