I'm afraid you're dreaming a special kind of dream if you think the second-half dividend will equal that of the first-half. Why, even in TRS's best times, the final dividend was significantly smaller than the interim dividend.
And recall that as recently as FY2017 no final dividend was declared.
Brace yourself for the same thing this year.
