The 10 million Npat could and probably will go a lot lower, so then the 60 million market cap will diminish!
even the 160 million in equity will suffer as their leases will decline markedly in value. even the new DC will take a massive hit to valuation.
ps- not sure if owning such an enterprise should be without substantial debt as it's a lot better to be able to wash your hands from blame and let some other losers suffer the financial consequences.
once again, i will stress that investors here took a huge chance of making a quick buck without taking heed of the obvious pitfalls.
