You will also note from this table of dividends since 2005, 2018 was a healthy dividend paying year after final 2017..In other words its all systems go.

They have stated that npat is forecast to be 10 - 11 million in H1. Generally, I say generally using past data H2 has been less favorable so we should expect negligible profitability if we assume full year npat as 10 million, 60% of that is 6 million of dividends. Going by that we could guesstimate that dividends maybe 20 - 25c per share?
