    according to their last AR .......

    circa 20-25% reduction in headline NPAT, as a result of new accounting stds .........

    again - does anyone have any info on how many leases expire each year, whom perhaps owns the actual land (any listed prop trusts?), and how many of the stores have lease clauses that incld a % of the sales line

    ?????????????????????????

    in short - to turn this puppy around is going to take unprofitable store closures ........and (very very roughly), circa 0.5 - 0.75m in lease liab per store, plus any inventory w/downs (rough est circa 0.4 - 0.8m per store)......

    so to fix the mess is going to take 30-50m .......

    which means it runs out of moula ......

    which kind of explains why the stock has been in free-fall ......

    imho - bewars the falling knifes ......
