Madam is telling us its a debt, but it's simply an ongoing rental agreement.
TRS has been paying these rental agreements since the company began.
This is nothing new, yet they make a profit after tax.
Trying to call it a debt liability is misleading, and that is why it is a OFF BALANCE SHEET liability, as it has no affect on the the day to day running of the busines in terms of NPAT, as the company has forecasted.
TRS currently has no debt on its balance sheets.That is the facts.
