Well, @stayer, closing unprofitable stores is a good thing. Also madam has as he/she stated, has no idea of the contractual nature of the leases per store. From my understanding TRS hold very very favourable lease agreements, for example i know of a particular store in my location, that was untenented for quite some time, and along came TRS, and negotiated very favourable rental conditions for themselves.
I'm personally hoping this drops to around $1.80 from the Aus super selling, in which case i will load up as i dipped my toe in at $2.18 for a very small holding recently.
