These two substantial shareholder sales over the last little period relate to the announcement on the 20th September of the two biggest shareholders Ariel Malik and Dr Bornstein re-escrowing the bulk of their shares. They sold a combined ~32m, which is almost all but their escrowed shares.
At this point they now own a combined 251,283,584 which is only slightly more than their escrow holdings.
There will be no more selling from these guys (or Dadi) until at least 31st March 2019.
