It seems that Palazzo might be holding to enable Gary to be able to use the creep rule. If the price is 50c a share I would now set this as a base should there be a take over/privatization, with a 30% premium we could be looking at 65c. I am surprised that Gary has not been purchasing on market given the approximate 270k share under 50c at the moment.
