Capital gain or dividend gain? I am not good at timing my buy and sell. Hence I have to settle for dividend gain. At this price, even if the dividend drops to 7% return in future, it is a very good return for me.
If the dividend maintain at this level, it is close to 8% , not to mention the franking credit yet.
