Hi Super. s671B requires a notice if a substantial holdersholding changes by 1%. The capital group could have been accruing more shares over time with the trigger lately as they’ve bought more as the price has dropped but with earlier prices keeping the average up at $4.06...which is essentially what Chris H is outlining as well.
5% is good. This was too low for where it should be sitting. SLC also having a good day off the back of its latest investor presentation this morning.
