    Cool, lets see if there is a "demonstration" at the AGM then.
    BTW. What does the words demonstration and upon mean to everyone and why is it mentioned in the prospectus that the shares convert "upon" demonstration, yet the demonstration comes after conversion? Or is everyone happy that the demonstration has already occured?
    I'm still learning how to read these prospectus' so maybe I've misunderstood what it all means.
