Yeah and a good way to freak people into selling is to stack the bids at .7 to say, 30m shares, and then wait for a few people to sell into .7 and then strip out all but a few. People will panic thinking it's their last chance to sell at .7 and they'll dump. He cleans up and reloads the bids.
