CED Capital simply acted as broker so no shareholding can be attributed to them...on the evidence available. The SPP hasnt been announced . And were it to be announced... it is up to the individual shareholders whether they do or do not participate .The fact that no SPP announcement has yet emerged suggests to me that there is not the financial pressure that some posters here think .
