Beware the tactics used by these enormous groups and don’t underestimate their reach. Look to,past takeovers on asx. I am not suggesting that there is anything specifically going on with this transaction just to keep eyes wide open. Layers of nominees in these transactions makes me wonder who the ultimate beneficial owners are. Is there an easy way to find out in australia?
