There was no case to short before Ho Bee Land started to accumulate their strategic stake.
Consider this: NTA is about $2.34. Target market for customers is mainly first home buyers and young families. First home buyers are flooding back into the market. Population growth is continuing. VLW main markets are in Victoria and Queensland where population growth is strongest.
Ho Bee Land is smart, striking when investors are nervous. Hopefully my top up buy a few weeks ago turns out to be a smart move, fingers crossed.
