Let us not forget that this was just ONE of the Singapore lottery winners doing this, accounting for only 10% of outstanding shares.  We have not seen any thing from the other 40% holders. 

Second, it is remarkable...but the buybacks have suddenly stopped.  So the natural conclusion is that the buybacks were not because the shares are trading at a 33% cash flow yield (and that buying back would be a far better use of capital than anything in Stockton etc.)...but it was meant to facilitate the exit of the Dragon fund!  Talk about corporate governance...no wonder there is no conference calls.  This company is rotten not just to the core, but not it seems from the core!
