You missed my point. It was not about the lottery winners taking their winnings. It was that the BRL buyback seems to have been designed to facilitate that exact sell down. How come we have not seen ANY buybacks for 10 days now? There is no shortage of stocks to buy.
In future, it would help if you read the context/content of messages, before putting on your biased views and blasting the messenger...instead of figuring out what the message is. Too much of this denial of the real message goes on in this forum.
