Interesting. They now have 11.65%. My understanding is they are allowed to go to 20% before making a formal takeover.
Also very interesting - there has been sustained buying this afternoon since around 2:00pm. Currently at $7.76 up 4.3% at 3:30pm. Although volume is not very high. Could be an interesting run into the close.
