Very hard to judge. However, my thoughts are the bulk of the sell off has happened.
If I look at the price of Cu and Sn strengthening I see it as either a T/O target or moving up from here based on improving cash flow. I think that's what is shown from your graph. If they come to for a rights issue I'll back them.
I've had a few lessons in not selling at the peak and selling at relative lows. That is what underpins my actions these days.
