No idea but Allensford already on board and paid 2.70 for it, and they will continue to accumulate up to 19.9% for anything that trade 2.70 and below then see what their next move is.
I am sure they don't go to all these trouble picking up at 2.70 a shares and have a public fight with the board just for fun they want return on investment that is greater than what they paid for and the board is not part of that journey.
I have other hypothesis why they played for TRS but I keep that to myself for now and try to profit from this TRS deal first
