I'm good with fresh vision. I'm not here to protect the board! I don't think they will be too keen on handing over the coy for $2.70 though, as has already been seen.
Yes, I guess my list is somewhat redundant, however I figure only larger holders will be using nominee accounts and therefore would vote. Retail holders are most likely to be disengaged I would have thought.
