Oh, I agree with all of that.
But what I can't understand is why you are buying the stock now, at $2.70.
It means you obviously believe the share price will be higher than $2.70 at some stage (and not lower than $2.70).
I guess I'm just curious why you think the stock will end up being higher than $2.70 per share.
