I agree with all your long term views. TRS > 2.70 with board, management, business changes, Allensford with a large shareholding.
I don't agree with your short term views and decision of entry point. I personally wouldn't put a bid on TRS until there is a steady floor under the price instead of Allensford's artificial floor. You could get a severe discount come 6/3 which means you would be happier with the longer term gains that you are planning for. I am personally waiting for more information before/if I make a re-entry point. If no changes occur in management or board or ownership I won't touch TRS again at all.
