This is not good. That pretty much means Joey defaulted on his personal loan. He lost his stake to the receivers. Not sure whether joint holding with Ben (his brother) is part of the transfer.
Either he is creamed or he pretty much took the money and run long before all the shit hit the fans.
Looking at the original deed. It was May 2017. This happens before the vendor's drama thrashed the share price. Might have a margin call and sold some to top up in September.
