Look like OCP is holding the bag now. Hopefully they won't let this goes under.
If I were the vendor, I will come in and offer OCP to control the company. Kick the Lim brothers and other directors out. Shutdown all lawsuits.
Now I control my old casino and one more in Vietnam.
Lim family pretty much bail out at 50 c. Their holding at that time is 120 mil. I wonder how much OCP fork out then. In any case, the vendor just needs a fraction of their proceed to control this company.
