they can't hold more than 19.9% without make a formal take over they allow to creep up the register up to 3% every 6 months so it would takes them years to get 50%
Once they got rid of the board I say they mount a take over bid, buy 2.70 or lower you have much better odd of getting very good return in 2-3 years time.
their intention is now clear with nearly 19% holding, I will buy the same or lower than 2.70
