My gut instinct is that nothing is going to happen in a hurry. I think that the share price will stay around the current level for the time being as everyone is expecting Allensford to make a quick move on the board and turn things around.
The problem though, is that I believe Allensford want a bigger slice of the pie and are probably looking at holding off until they can dramatically increase their current shareholding - probably closer to 50%, at or below the current share price before making a move.
So I see them accumulating over the next 12 months or so, or at least until the next reporting period which is shaping up to be a shocker and hoping that the current share holders will become despondent over time and sell their holdings.
