…still not sure why ASIC is going indirectly after the company/shareholders…itshould be the directors …the directors should have insurance to protect themagainst these kind of shenanigans…and if their insurance is not paying due tofraudulent misrepresentation or whatever…the directors should pay it out oftheir own pockets…not the company… that include penalties, legal feesetc… time will tell...but at least they have access to the crème de la crème of international lawyers...and these lawyers usually only take cases if their is a 95% probability that they are going to win...which mean in Australian law... if they win...Getswift will get all of their legal costs back...

…back to what is still important…ok…these clowns have deployedan 'aggressive marketing' campaign telling people what they wanted to hear… as the old cliche “Remember, there are always two sides to every story. Understanding is a three edged sword" Your side, their side and the truth in the middle"… but that is why they have listed… aggressive public marketing ...and theresults have been deemed successful…ethically or not ethically… who am I to judge....what is more important is that they got their foot in the door atYUM, NA Williams & Amazon (Australia)…these trials/integration are still ongoing andhave not ended (see the concise statement from ASIC) …and probably why theyhave spent so much on development costs on integration these last 12 months…and probably whymost of the directors, top 20 investors & key staff are still around…

….the rest is noise…it all boils down on the success ofthese integrations or more time to execute Plan B…and probably why they are still deemedpre-revenue….

…bottom line…there is still hope…they still have plenty ofcash (~$80M)  and more than 14 months have passed and these three companies are stilldeemed ‘prospective’ clients…. again…which was confirm by the ASIC investigation…
