Current bod 'miscalculated' estimated R+D refund to justify a raise to friendlies @ all time lows amidst a board spill; diluting existing SH by nearly 25%. Shortly after R+D comes in double estimate, making CR completely unnecessary.
There is enough 'coincidental' activity there that would warrant a serious investigation imo.
