Investors dont get to look at contracts though. They rely on disclosures on the ASX and DD done by the bankers doing the capital raising.
Looking back this quote from Joel is very pertinent.
“We’ve got large enterprise clients doing heavy due diligence on us. The ASX listing gives us the opportunity to cut that down, because there’s a level of governance and transparency that goes along with it,” he told Fairfax.
Speculation but whats a bet that investors were told the valuations were legit because GSW had announced these contracts to the market and wouldn't do so if they were not legitimate. And yet here we are...
