Fidelity jumps ship.
Now the real fun starts. If I invested $4 per share in the fidelity raise I want my money back. Surely there is a lawsuit incoming.
Once fidelity is sued, they will have to go after getswift.
The key question being how did $128 million revenue per year from NA Williams, be used to justify such a high valuation.
That cash backing is looking weaker by the day.
