    What's your reasoning for a claim by Fidelity clients in relation to the Getswift investment? Fidelity has had a run of disastrous local investments (Getswift, Blue Sky, Quintis) but that doesn't = wrongdoing. They seem much more likely to be a plaintiff than a defendant...imho
