My reading is that it’s bad for Meltwater as they had withheld or misplaced some information from 2016 which could affect the outcome for ISD even further. They now need more time to further research the missing data and this may now not be determined until next year!
Annoying from a timeframe perspective but good for ISD longer term. I think the judge is not happy about Meltwater not providing this data earlier with the other relevant data.
